Here there is a second living area consisting of a lounge, table and DVD. An ideal teen retreat.
Ideal for all water sports, walking, cycling, bird/whale/dolphin watching and golf. Close to the Country Club, award winning restaurants, cafes and wineries.
The house is elevated with undercover parking for three cars and has room for boats as well. The expansive lawn and garden is level and fully enclosed. This is an ideal playground, both for your children and your pampered pooch.
