a. The Business name of all membership listings must be that which is displayed at the members place of business.
b. A secondary membership must use the primary business name followed by details of that section of the primary business.
E.g. Business name - section name
c. A secondary business membership is required for any business that has a listing pointing to a different url other than that of primary listing
E.g. Primary Membership listing www.domainname.com.au
E.g. Secondary listing required if www.doainname.com.au/another_section or www.differentdomainname.com.au

Use clear, direct language and avoid gimmicks.
Remember the main aim is to promote Jervis Bay

Use Standard Punctuation
- No repeated and unnecessary punctuation or symbols.
- Your title may not contain an exclamation point.
- Do not use a before your title noun or noun phrases
- Your text may only contain one exclamation point.
Use Standard Capitalisation
- No excessive capitalisation such as "YOUR SITE NAME" or "BIGGEST BEST LARGESTEST

- Titles are limited to 30 characters.
- Please use original text for your description do not copy and paste another members description and alter to your listing
- The description The description text is limited to 20 lines, Inclusive of paragraphs = 2 lines Line breaks = 1 line or 1200 Characters or which ever option comes first.
Superlatives
- Do not use superlatives comparative or subjective phrases "best," "lowest" or "No.1," World's Greatest", "Biggest" in your title and description
Content Policy
- As an online association , Tourism Jervis Bay must make decisions about where we draw the line in regards to the all listing we post for legal and presentation considerations.. We, therefore reserve the right to exercise editorial discretion when it comes to the listing content we accept on Tourism Jervis Bay site, as noted in these terms and conditions
- This task is the responsibility of the any current elected executive committee their decision will be deemed final and no correspondence entered in too .
- Listing of Availability information is provided in the categories for only a maximum of 21 days.. - Activation by editing the listing through the manager - after prerecording by the webmaster...
- NO listing sort preference given to anyone.. either rotated or alphanumeric
- Categories for the listing are choosen by the web cordinators not the property / company owner..
- Listing in differnt catergories. -. each listing requires a diffrent text message
- Extra information like Stars or opening times or Promotion are only provided in the respective Categories..
- No individual extra href html in the text block.. ( except when added by web coordinator for a special category.. ) same code for all or selected entries of the category.

- Registered business name
- General information with one High Resolution Image - 200 h * 250 w or 250 h * 200 w which should be provided to the web cordinators
- Company name
- Contact person's Name
- Property Address including Street House or Business number, Postal code and Town name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- If payment not recived, after 30 days of billing - entry is disabled...
- A pre-made generic listing for a new company, if not modify within 30 days will be disabled .

False or misleading representations
A corporation shall not, in trade or commerce, in connexion with the supply or possible supply of goods or services or in connexion with the promotion by any means of the supply or use of goods or services:
(a) falsely represent that goods are of a particular standard, quality, value, grade, composition, style or model or have had a particular history or particular previous use;
(aa) falsely represent that services are of a particular standard, quality, value or grade;
(b) falsely represent that goods are new;
(bb) falsely represent that a particular person has agreed to acquire goods or services;
(c) represent that goods or services have sponsorship, approval, performance characteristics, accessories, uses or benefits they do not have;
(d) represent that the corporation has a sponsorship, approval or affiliation it does not have;
(e) make a false or misleading representation with respect to the price of goods or services;
(ea) make a false or misleading representation concerning the availability of facilities for the repair of goods or of spare parts for goods;
(eb) make a false or misleading representation concerning the place of origin of goods;
(f) make a false or misleading representation concerning the need for any goods or services; or
(g) make a false or misleading representation concerning the existence, exclusion or effect of any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy.
